A longtime have for people who love the close connections of family, churches, ethnic shops and neighborhood gatherings, Slavic Village is an excellent choice for young, active families to live near the region’s best recreational activities and enjoy a short commute to work.  The future $35 million Morgana Run development will have 135 single-family homes and townhouses built in a hip, edgy style.  The Cloisters offers new townhome and carriage home housing in the heart of the Warszawa Historic District across the street from the Shrine Church of St. Stanislaus which has become a focus for musical events, including City Music, the Art Museum’s Viva la Gala series and Warszawa Music Festival.  Residents throughout the neighborhood are able to ride bikes down the new Morgana Trail to the Ohio and Erie Canal towpath trail, which runs for 20 miles into Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
